Don't lose yourself.

Sometimes you really love a person eventho they have done bad things to you and Sometimes you've been holding on to it for so long that you forgot yourself. That you've lost the value of your worth, I know it struggling sometimes to hold on to something that you are trying so hard, But if it hurts you, you also have to let it go. There's no point of holding on to it, it will only eat you up and keep you insecure. I am a guy who's badly devastated by a few person who did the same thing to me over and over. I'm the one who is trying to hard to keep things like before, eventho i know so damn well that it's not gonna work out for both of us. Coming home from work getting to talk to your favorite person, yet that person doesn't seem to care at all, cold replies, short text, late replies. I kept convincing myself that it's probably just one of her bad day. But that's when i realized that bad days doesn't goes on for 4 months straight. I tried talking about it, one week, ONE WEEK, everything is back to square one, cold replies, short text, late replies. That's when i started asking myself "What am i holding on for?", "Was it love?", "Was it that i've stayed with that person for so long that i can't live without them?", "Was it the time we spent together that i don't wanna let it all goes to waste?", "Was it to the point that staying with that person is apart of my habit?". Those are all the questions that keeps popping in my head. I've lost pieces of myself staying with that person without realizing it until it was too late for me and now I'm lost, i couldn't find myself anymore. I've lost myself trying to be with you.

It's been 6 months since we last hung out and shared our daily life activities together. You always ask me how am I doing so far every time u texted me to see if I was doing alright. My answer giving to you always show the positive image acting like I'm doing alright. But in reality, I wasn't and I tortured myself to not think about u. Did u know that during this period of time, I forced myself to drink every time I thought about u even though I hate getting drunk? Maybe u didn't because we no longer talked to each other the same way we used to. Our conversation became dry and plain. Did you know that sometimes u popped up in my dream? I wish I could forget that in the next morning but u know me so well that I usually remember what I dreamt during the night and especially when you were in it. Did u know that I wanted to hold ur face one last time before we split and walked on our way? No, u didn't because u told me not to have a hard feeling between us and it hurt me so much. Fortunately, in mid-September, I dreamt about you and it was the dream I never forget. I saw YOU, standing in the middle of the crowd. I walked up to you with tears in my eyes. I literally could feel it - the tears and desperation to see u very very much. And I could finally touch ur face one last time with the word 'I miss you and goodbye'. I wish I could forget you but it seems like I can't. Did you know...?

Freedom

Being in a relationships mean to understand each other’s need, love, affection and the freedom they wanted. But sometimes I wanted you to understand that I also need your love and affection back. There are days where I just felt like I’m in love alone. Everybody is busy, and I tried to understand that. And yeah, sometimes I know you’re just fake busying, I knew about it but I just stay silent so that you can have your freedom. But I don’t get why the type of freedom you’re doing is just to go around and flirt others, following new people on sns, text with them while you’re just ignoring me, who patiently waiting for your text. Should I let you go?

Missing the old days

You know what is the most exited things about high school? Obviously the freedom to show the true colors of yourself with your best friends. I mean real friends. My favorite people are starting to reveal their new version and I’m happy for that. But there is something that is lingering on my mind. Why the group is so incomplete? I really need that spirit that brings up everyone happiness upon the atmosphere. The way we bursted the laugh and almost throwing up the whole meal from tummy. Sometimes, I really wish they wouldn't grow up to be somebody that I feel odd to be around. Somehow, all I can do is to wish them a better environment. And yes most of us now are tearing apart and we didn't know what to do than indulging for what the hell is happening. My regret is that I don’t feel appreciate till the day I had received plain smile without the taste of happiness. New Day, isn't it?

Am I being third wheel again? I ask myself. I still can’t move on and you’ve been in a healthy relationship. Why did you ask me to be your best friend after all these times?
